Susan: Sam! Don’t talk with your mouth full.

Sam: It’s okay, Susan It is just you and me.

Susan: I think the only way to get you eat quietly is to tell you a story.

Sam: Hmmm Yes! Yes! Susan!

Once upon a time, a rich businessman lived with his 8-year old boy. The businessman loved his son but hated that he had some bad habits. He was worried about his son’s behavior. The businessman went to the wisest person in his town.

The Business Man:  'O' wise Master my son is a very good boy But he has picked some unhealthy habits which I cannot get him to let go of. I worry about him all the time. Please help me.

Wise Master: Bring him to me tomorrow morning.

The next morning the man did as the Master had said He brought his boy to him.

Wise Master: Come, son. Let's go for a walk. The boy obeyed and they went for a walk in the garden. As they walked, they came upon a little sapling.

Wise Master: Son, take out the sapling for me from its root.

The boy did that easily and presented the Master with the sapling.

Wise Master: Very well kid! Do you see the plant there? Haul that out for me.

The boy dragged the plant from its root very easily. Out Next, the Master asked him to get a bush out of its root. It took the boy some effort, but the boy did that too.

Wise Master: Well done little boy! Now, do you see that small tree? Get that for me from its root. The boy went to the small tree and it took him a lot of effort and struggle he took it out for the master.

Wise Master: Good job done son! Now, do you see that humongous tree over there? Please Haul that out too for me from its root. The boy tried and tried But the tree did not budge an inch from its place. Finally, tired the boy gave up.

The Boy: I apologize, wise Master. I couldn't complete the task given by you. It's almost impossible to get that tree out of its root. In fact, I couldn't move it an inch.

Wise Master: It is old and strong son. Bad habits are just like the plants and trees When they are new like the sapling you can get rid of them quickly and easily but if you let them stay and grow, they grow strong and become like the old tree that cannot be removed.

The Boy: Forgive me, Master! I now understand, what my father has been trying to tell me. I will drop all my bad habits from now on!

Sam: Susan! What if talking with food in my mouth becomes my bad habit too. I will stop it right now I will never talk with food in my mouth, ever again!

Susan: That’s great Thank you, Sam!

Moral of the Story:-

Don't let the bad habits grow. It gets stronger gradually and becomes hard to quit.

THE END!

Once upon a period, in a little town lived two neighbors who were closest companions too Their names were Greta and Joe.
